A lot of us are always on the go and don't allow ourselves to relax, slow down, be in the here and now and BREATHE. What is the right way to breathe? Diaphragmatic breathing comes from our tummy. A lot of people are breathing from their chest and this can cause more stress to the body itself. Deep breathing is best to get us in a grounded state. When you learn to deep breathe, you increase your vagal tone aka your vagus nerve, and in turn your body is in a less state.
